Craig born and raised in western Kansas, Craig has brought the small town work ethic to Johnson County. After graduating from the University of Kansas in 2002 Craig decided to settle in Johnson County and has lived in Gardner since 2008. Seeing the unlimited possibilities in front of Gardner and his desire to make this city better, along with the hometown feel, are what attracted Craig to this wonderful community…
Hobbies: Coaching and Teaching Basketball, Designing Homes, Helping Others
Favorite Smell: The smell of popcorn in a basketball gym.
Interests: To be apart of the growth and to provide homes, living and attractions in Gardner
Brett was raised in south eastern Kansas and moved to Gardner in June of 2000. He attended Pittsburg State majoring in Industrial Arts. Brett has been involved in most every type of construction to include New construction, Adding 4200sqft to an existing house, Making Ranch homes into two stories houses, and even built a couple of Indoor riding arenas with stables and lounge areas. He enjoys working with people to create their dream home. Brett loves using his creativity and attention to detail to help people achieve their vision.
He feels privileged to be able to go to work each day and love what he does.
Hobbies: Working with kids as a Kansas Hunters Education instructor, being involved in all my 4 kid’s activities
Favorite Smell: Fresh backed Cinnamon rolls
Interests: Anything that allows me to learn something new and allows me to be creative.

Sean grew up in the KC metro area and stayed in town for his education, earning an MBA through UMKC. Sean uses his business operations and financial background to help make Craig Brett Homes the most efficient and easiest builder to work with. Sean is focused on Craig Brett Homes growth and helping the Gardner community. “It is great to play a role in helping people build their dream home.”
